How do I measure for my size?
Desert Halo hats have flexible fitting with an elastic band around the inside for the most comfortable fit. Measuring to find the perfect size is easy!
Use a clothes tape or a string and a ruler. To take your head measurement, place the string or tape around your head around where the hat will sit. This should roughly be about 1/8" above your ear, across the mid-forehead, and completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size.

Size Large : 22 ½ - 22 ⅛ in Or 58 - 59 cm

We offer our hats in two sizes, Medium and Large. Their dimensions are:

How do I clean my Halo?
Use a hat brush to keep the material smooth and to remove any debris.
What if my Halo is damaged?
Desert Halo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
What is your return policy?
Due to every hat being custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges, no exceptions.
What is your shipping timeframe?
We are a small team, and because of that we allow 3 business days processing time to ship your hat. After processing, please allow standard shipping times usually 3-7 business days.
